I entered my address incorrectly

Please include your order number and correct address in the form below. If you do not know your order number, please include the email address in which the order would have been placed with. We will email you and let you know once the correction has been made. Please note, we cannot change your address once the order has shipped. It is up to you to contact the shipping provider after the order has shipped if you need to make changes. 

I didn't receive an order confirmation

Our emails are sometimes routed to spam. Check your spam folder first. If you are unable to find it, contact us below and include the email address in which the order was placed with. 

Can I cancel or refund my order?

No, all sales are final.

Where's my order?

A majority of our items are "pre-orders". These items will include a turnaround time within the item's description. We adhere as closely as possible to these turnaround times. You will receive an email along with a tracking link once your order has shipped. If you do not have this email yet, it is likely that your item has either not shipped yet, or the email went to your spam. If this does not apply to you, contact us below with your order number and/or the email address the order was placed with.
